Midweek Manicure -- butter London!

Todays Midweek Manicure highlights: Artful Dodger.

Lovely, light, airy.

Artful Dodger |  described as true teal turquoise but I find it much lighter than teal, a bit more sea-green than turquoise.  2 coats, or 3 thin coats. Overtime I've noticed this polish becoming more watery, this also makes for a less than stellar lasting power.

(previously reviewed here)

Since the tips are the first to show polish wear, I opted to add some sparking with O.P.I "The Living Daylights" from the Bond Collections released last year.

I thought the blue glitter in  "The Living Daylights" would pop against the muted blue of Artful Dodger yet the copper & silver glitters appear more prominent and eye catching.

Verdict: If you're not so inclined towards this hue of blue, I'd pass. This polish has the signature butter London formula but NOT lasting power. Despite the not so on par performance, I like this polish color, it brightens the skin in a natural way.

  1. Interesting that it's described as teal, because I don't notice any green in this polish.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well it goes with "The Living Daylights." Nice combination!
